MOSCOW, Dec 31 (PRIME) – The Finance Ministry will offer 600 billion rubles worth of OFZ bonds at par at auctions between January and March, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
The offer of five-year bonds amounts to 150 billion rubles, of the bonds with maturity between five and 10 years to 250 billion rubles, of over 10 years to 200 billion rubles.
The Finance Ministry earlier said that it had fully implemented its 2019 domestic borrowing plan.
